You can use the 18 Gauge Needle for drawing up your medication and unscrew the needle and screw in a thinner needle (23 Gauge) for the actual injection. This ensures your needle is sharp for injection with less pain. Don't forget your Alcohol wipes for sterilizing the injection site!
